ANWB live with Quintiq

Quintiq is planning all the 1150 repair service men who help its 3,5 million members in the event their car breaks down along the Dutch roads.

Based upon the demand the Quintiq solution takes the various constraints and logic of the business process into account and simultaneously reaches the most optimal combination of repair service men. The system takes into account the various skills of employees, labor agreements, overtime, illness, availability and utilization of personnel.

Reason for selecting Quintiq was to have an intelligent and flexible planning environment at a decentralized level. The old system could not cope with the re-organization of the ANWB. In addition the real-time availability of the latest personnel roster means more reliability for the dispatching. Capgemini is implementation partner.
