Wieland added Quintiq as company wide standard module

The Wieland Group is one of the world's leading manufacturers of semi-finished and special products in copper and copper alloys. With a global workforce of over 5,500 employees, the Wieland Group has locations around the world, including manufacturing companies, slitting centers, trading companies and sales offices.

The project entails the detailed scheduling of its production lines, including optimization of the slitting process and supply chain planning between production locations. Quintiq is the company wide standard module integrated in the existent IT landscape for scheduling and optimization next to SAP (the company standard for ERP).
