Vlisco manufactures ‘wax print’ and ‘Java print’ fabrics (VLISCO Real Dutch Wax Prints). The company focuses on the West-African market, where this colourful textile is mainly worn by women. Vlisco, which is part of the listed Gamma Holding, is market leader in Africa.

Project Scope

At Vlisco, the existing JD Edwards ERP system is linked to the Quintiq software solution. The two environments were integrated seamlessly. Delivery performance has improved and Vlisco has more insight in to their production flows and capacity availability. As a result, this enables the production department to make informed decisions on the work that needs to be completed and in the optimal sequence.
