Project Scope

Using Quintiq, DB Schenker Rail Deutschland is able to optimize and standardize the planning of all locomotives and locomotive drivers, that allows to plan either with anonymous shift numbers or with actual locomotives and drivers. Quintiq now plans 1.5 million cargo trains, nearly 4,200 locomotives and 8,000 locomotive drivers annually.
